No units so far resist CT down and taking all of a unit's CT gives you all the time you need to kill them. This is ignoring Gravity Jam, which I firmly believe is THE single strongest ability in the game. She has one of the best classes: Chronomancer, she's durable, she has swift casting, she can even do modest damage on her sub ability. One of my buddies even had the patience to clear Fallen Sun EX with JUST Lofia. I think she's one of the units most capable of soloing a stage by herself. With her insane AGI and the fact that she can even quicken herself, I just think Chihaya is one of the strongest units in the game, period, not just in Fire. She doesn't actually clear maps on her own, but she attacks them in a non-traditional way that IS arguably game-breaking. My floor 70 plan for tower revolves around Chihaya's ability to apply massive debuffs to enemies. I think there are several maps that Chihaya simply allows your team to run over. And this one is purely a matter of preference. If anything, I would argue Lucian's job+ makes him S, rather than SS, as it made him stronger, but pushed toward a niche.Ĭhihaya is certainly SS in my book. She is generally more useful than Lucian, even though she has lower stats. She can use Supreme Battle Trance off the bat and even has enough jewels for Sharpening Focus.
Brawlers are typically about killing single target, and Yomi just does it better. It's cool that you took effort out to make this, but I have to disagree about some units. Thank you! And sorry about how long this is, hahaha. Two units I’d like you to compare would be Ramses and Spica, and I’d like to point out how similar they are but one is ranked 1 whole tier lower. I’d talk about Yomi vs Shayna vs Eve vs etc, but I’m sure you’re exhausted with that already, haha. she should be definitely be in SS, as she has the ability to solo some fire-heavy maps. Forcas has much better range with valkyrie. I think Shayna and Forcas should be exchanged. Maybe place them all back to S after Reimei’s Job+ or Laharl? I think Doro and Vettel deserve to be SS rn, and also Gladiolus and maybe even Chihaya. Suzuka, really strong though, especially when you unlock her MA, since you could run both +50% PAtk passives and still have high agi. I don’t see them a lot in Arena (maybe Suzuka once?) but looking at the Unit Planner, Spica doesn’t really bring anything to the roster. I think Spica’s too high in the list, while Suzuka’s too low.
Maybe put Jin to SS? I’ve lost to J3 Jins in Arena enough to think he’s at least Kudan/Gormalas tier. I’ll start with Dark and move to the right until Wind so you’ll have an easier time seeing my comments. Also, if you don’t mind I wanna give you some suggestions too. I think you should also put a Job+ icon as well.
